Halves/Bulk Orders
To place an ORDER simply create a log-in, fill your shopping cart, select a delivery option("on farm pick up" for now) and check out.

Connecticut
Delivery can be arranged for any order 10 lb and up to Ellington CT usually within 2-4 wks. We do not have a formal drop site yet, but with larger orders like a 1/2 we deliver direct for the Hartford CT area. For now, need to choose "on farm pick up" when ordering and we will work out the delivery details.
Vermont
Choose "on farm pick up". We deliver halves in most cases
5% off 25-50 lb, 7.5% off 50-100 lb, 10% off 100 + lb
Halves/Bulk Orders
Currently taking deposits for halves for November and December. Due to increased demand, it makes sense to secure your order sooner rather than later. Any questions, please contact us.
FAQs
Check Out
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. When we reconcile the order based on the actual weights of your cuts, you will receive a second email with finalized order information and pricing. Your credit card will be charged at that time, unless you will be paying at pickup.
Payment
We accept credit card payments online, and check and cash in person.
Sold Out
Since we harvest animals a few times a year, some of the beef cuts will be sold out at times. As soon as we have more, it will be available to order. Sign up for notifications and we will let you know.
Inventory
We keep our online inventory as up-to-date as possible, but if there is a conflict, we will let you know immediately.
Product Variability
Some cuts will vary quite a bit in weight and thickness. You can let us know your preferences in comment section. Do you prefer a certain size of roast or steak? What is more important, pounds or quantity (ie 6 ribeye or 5 pounds of ribeye)?
